About

We warmly invite you to join this day of conscious breathing. We'll be exploring three main types of breathwork in a small group in a beautiful intimate setting. A delicious vegetarian lunch, homemade cakes, tea and snacks are included.

This day will offer you a powerful experience for inner healing and provide you with self-empowering tools and techniques to support your physical and mental health.

Functional breathing
- Do you breathe correctly? The way we breathe day to day makes all the difference in the world. Becoming aware of your breath and learning how to use it as a tool will radically improve your physical health, mental well-being and performance in anything that you do

Nervous system regulation 
- Change your breath - change your life! Breath is like a master controller of the autonomic nervous system that dictates the state that you are in. Learning to bring awareness and consciousness into breathing is one of the easiest and quickest ways to stress less, tame your anxiety, improve focus and get into the flow.

Conscious Connected Breathwork
- A simple and gentle technique that uses the breath as a gateway to connect our mind, body and spirit. This technique opens up the respiratory system and uses the body’s natural healing abilities to release physical, mental and emotional tension from the body. 

This mini retreat day is suitable for beginners and experienced breathers alike.

Please note
Conscious connected breathwork is a benign modality; however, there are a few contraindications. This day retreat is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or suffer from any of the following conditions:

  • Epilepsy or seizures (of any kind)
  • Psychotic or borderline psychotic states
  • Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a previous psychiatric condition
  • High blood pressure (not controlled with medication)
  • Glaucoma (untreated)
  • Detached retina (untreated)
