Lilith's Lair Sapphic Sensual Party - Over 40s (ish), March 12th

We warmly welcome you to our first 40+(ish) event of the year.

Lilith's Lair is a sensual space for queer, bi/pan sexual and bi-curious Sapphics to explore each other away from the male gaze, run by the owner and hostess of Filth and New Love - alternative dating night. 

This event is our over 40's space, however, we are happy to be flexible by a few years if this event would be more comfortable for you. 

Whether you work with young people, want to be able to explore your sensuality without the fear of bumping into your grown up kids or their friends, or will just feel more comfortable around people closer to your own age then this event is for you. 

The relaxed and intimate party will be spread out across 4 floors, with 6 minimalist style bedrooms, with a guestlist of up to 50 carefully vetted party goers.

Come and explore public sensuality with other Sapphics in a safe environment. 

Date: Thursday 12th March 2026 

Venue: Kemp Town top secret location, please don't pay attention to the postcode as Skiddle doesn't let you post an event without a location.

Address will be sent out to all ticket holders the day before the event!

Time: 8pm-1pm

Please ensure you can arrive before 8.30pm so we can go ahead with the ice breakers, the ice breakers have very important information both about our venue and our guidelines. If you think this might be a problem for you please message ahead of time. 

If you have attended our ice breakers twice then feel free to skip these, they are mandatory for new guests or guests who have not attended in a while. This is because we talk about important issues around consent as well as venue logistics and safety. 

For those who have attended a few times recently, we will have some activities going on to keep you busy until everyone is ready to join you.

You are of course welcome to explore the free bedrooms and warm up the beds during this time too.

Each floor will have sensual music, there will be no DJ - we want you to be able to express your needs and BE HEARD, a bed or beds and low lighting for a magical and romantic feel. 

There will be room for cuddling, exploring your k*nks and for sensual play.

We will have a few choice pieces of fet1sh furniture and a selection of toys for impact play in our mini k1nk room.

Please feel free to bring your own, with up to 50 Sapphics, we could always do with more things that vibrate ;)

The night will start with mingling, some sensual ice breakers and hand massage. Please come on time to make the most of these activities as well as to touch base around consent, logistics and Lair rules.

There is also the option to explore sensual hand massage with a selection of oils before we explore the space fully.

There is no pressure to take part or perform, this is your chance to explore your sexuality, your way and that also goes for the way you choose to dress.

We do not set a strict dress code for these events. Too often as Sapphics we have our sexuality dictated to us by others. Gentle suggestions include your favourite lingerie, silky robes you can slip on and off and little dresses for over the top. If the thought of dressing up fills you with dread and you feel sexier and more confident in jeans or you want to display your k*nky side that's welcome too.

Nudity is not only allowed but fully embraced! 

The location is in Kemp Town in Brighton and will be kept secret until the night before for all of our safety and security, there will be no tickets on the door.

Regretfully the venue is not accessible, we continue our 6 year long search for the unicorn that is an accessible and sex positive space! To make it MORE accessible for you, please send me a message.

To get the password for the event guests must be vetted by me, you will need a fleshed out social media account that includes pictures of you OR a picture of a picture ID. We will also ask you a few questions but please don't worry we are a friendly bunch and we just want to keep everyone safe.

Please note that our vetting process is there for a reason, our events are exclusive and not everyone who applies will be invited. Lilith's Lair reserves the right to not vet guests without explanation.

If you turn up to our event already under the influence, or become that way, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund. We can then chat once sober about whether you can return in a safe way.
