Lilith's Lair, Sapphic Sensual Party - All Adult Ages - 26th Mar

It's our Birthday! Lilith's Lair turns two and we would love guests, both new and returning to come and celebrate with us. 

We invite guests to join us at a our lovely NEW VENUE. We have only had one event in this space and the response from you all was incredible. The owners are selling so this is not our forever home. Lets make the most of it while we can!!

We are so excited to have somewhere new to explore with returning guests and meet some wonderful new sapphics too.

Welcome to Lilith's Lair - a sensual, intimate space for queer, bi/pansexual and bi-curious women, femmes & others that consider themselves part of the sapphic community, to explore each other away from the male gaze.

The Vibe

Lilith's Lair is relaxed, romantic, and inviting - a gentle space to connect, cuddle, flirt, and play. The party unfolds over 3 large floors with multiple bedrooms, warm lighting, sensual music, and space for up to 50 carefully vetted guests.

Expect an atmosphere where you can be heard, respected, and accepted just as you are. 

We are proudly s*x-positive and sapphic focused.

Schedule & Arrival

Doors open at 8pm sharp. Please arrive by 8:30pm so you don't miss our consent-focused ice breakers and essential venue info. These are mandatory for new guests and those who haven't attended recently.

If you've been to two or more recent events, you're welcome to skip the ice breakers - just let us know ahead of time. We'll have some social activities available while you wait. Experienced guests can also make the most of the extra bed space before you are joined by the other guests.

What to Expect in the Space

Each event offers:

• Sensual soundscapes (we do not have a DJ at these events, expect background music, we want you to be able to express your needs and desires and be HEARD)

• Soft lighting for that magical glow

• Beds for cuddling, connection and intimate play

• A selection of toys and a dedicated mini impact play and K*nk area with select furniture

• Up to 40 vetted sapphics in attendance & well thought our guidelines by experienced hosts

• Attentive, friendly staff who monitor the spaces and vibe

Ice Breakers

We begin the night with a consent briefing, some casual ice breakers and optional hand massage, using luscious oils to help you ease into your body and the space. These opening moments are so important- please arrive on time so you can be a part of them. We now have a NO ICE-BREAKER/NO ENTRY rule for guests attending for the first time.

Following the ice breakers the night becomes a free flow experience where you can mingle, socialise, connect and more...

Dress Code (or Not)

We have no dress code at LL, as Sapphics we are too often told in society what our sexuality should look like. We want LL to be a place you can come exactly as you are, exactly as you are feeling.

We know that for some, no dress code, can be even more stressful than a strict dress code so as guidance we recommend wearing your favourite clean lingerie/pants and bringing along a silky robe, dress or shirt for over the top. You are welcome to dress to show off your k*nks more or dress as casually as you like.

Nudity is welcome

Location & Access

Our venue is in a very central location- exact address will be emailed to ticket holders the day before the event. Please note Skiddle requires a visible postcode, but it will not reflect the real location.

Sadly Lilith’s Lair can not offer refunds, returns or roll-ons due to the extremely high overheads for our events. However, you are within your rights to sell your ticket to another vetted member. We will always do our best to vet a new member (if done in good time) if you are looking to sell on your ticket. 

This venue is not wheelchair accessible - we're still searching for that elusive accessible AND sex-positive space. Please message if you have any accessibility needs and we'll do our best to support you.

Vetting Process

To attend, you must be vetted. This keeps our space safe, intentional, and grounded in consent.

To begin the process, email brightonkk@gmail.com with a photo ID or fleshed-out social media profile. We may ask a few friendly questions - nothing intense, just enough to ensure the event is right for you and vice versa.

Please note that vetting is done on a case-by-case basis, we are under no obligation to vet every one who requests and that there are many reasons why we may not feel this is the right event for you - for the safety of my staff we reserve our right to not give a reason if your vetting is declined but encourage guests to wait a year before reapplying. 

If planning to attend as a couple please note vetting needs to be done individually. Please let us know in your email if you are hoping to be vetted at the same time as another guest.

Once vetted, we'll send you the event password and more info.

Vetted guests must be willing to read paperwork and guidelines which are sent out to ensure attendees know what to expect and what is expected of them.
