Disco in the bar. Funk in your feet. Soul in the air.
After a break from DJ’ing Paul Clark returned with the rise of the house scene in the 1990s, but his roots of soul music beckoned him back to the likes of Bournemouth Soul Weekend, Camp Soul, Margate Weekender, Caister (once again) and of course the Ibiza Soul Week…
Clarky is the man behind south coast’s Music Meltdown and runs his successful Papillonnights in Hove and the annual Brighton Beach Party events. Formerly a presenter with Zero Radio, you can now catch him on the weekly airwaves via Mi-House Radio.
Clarky was also behind the inaugural Brighton Weekender which was a biggie in the autumn of 2019 and as well as his appearances in the Summer Soulstice Club Tent, Paul also featured in our two online fundraising events in 2020 and 2021.
