Performers were excellent, venue was clean and really atmospheric.

Review of GirlyPop Live | Offgrid31, Bridgend

This was not worth the price of the tick*ts at all! Everything was under one roof and was no entertainment for the children other than the acts (that most children did not know). Everyone was sat around bored waiting for Taylor Swift act to start. 3 photo opportunities that were all done in under 5 minutes. The prices of glitter / cowboy hats etc were extortionate!! The music was very loud, sound system was not great as you could hardly hear the acts mic over the music. No staff interaction even after stating it was my Daughters birthday and would appreciate a small fuss be made of her. small children unable to see the stage and the TV screen were not used. No security checks. A mistake in the mark*ting gave false information thinking we would have longer in the Venue only to be told at short notice the times were shorter than advertised - I would not have booked had I realised the cost was for a short period of time. Not enough car parking at the venue was told to drive back out of the industrial estate to park. This has potential to be great for children but was disheartening after the expense of tick*ts and extras inside. More needs to be done for the younger ones as it is advertised at age 5plus. Would not recommend - insta vs reality kind of day!! ☹️

Not well organised. Long wait for food. Over 2 hours then given wrong order. Then ran out of the food that had been ordered. People leaving half way through due to kids being hungry.

Ridiculous price for the venue. My 2 girls and neices didn like it. We left after an hour being there.

Prices were ridiculous for a child's event. Paid for 3 kids have gave paint at £8 each, within half hour it had come off. Tried to order food 3 times and each time they would turn it off as they were too busy. Left the event 2 hours early as none of the kids enjoyed. They were hungry and miserable. Would not recommend

My granddaughter loved it will be booking again

It was ok, but my daughter waited over an hour for her food, when we went up second time , was told they run out of chicken. :( it was just not worth the money paid for the event - tub of sweets Â£5 , everything was so overpriced , such a shame 

I really don't know where to start , so disappointed expected a lot more for the cost of the tick*ts as well as the change to times.
A very unorganised event , lack of enthusiasm from vendors and interaction from the events team.

Made absolutely amazing memories!! Thank you Offgrid31 for an amazing venue and thank you GirliePop live for amazing vibes and a phenomenal show
