The Night's Journey: We kick off with a surprise performance from a mystery artist! BEAT II BEAT has run a competition to give one talented winner a paid two-hour slot to showcase their skills—be it as a singer, musician, or DJ. Follow our Instagram @beat2beat_collective for the reveal!

The night builds to a massive four-hour closing set by our resident Music Producer & DJ, ZacariaC. Known for his unique style, ZacariaC will blend light and darkness, effortlessly mixing commercial hits with deep, sexy cuts, evolving into high-energy foot-stompers. Expect all things House & Garage, guaranteed to get your energy glowing and hit you right in your feels!

The Venue: All of this goes down in the intimate and welcoming space of Mandalyns Bar, Bath. Mandalyns is a haven built on diversity and positive energy—a place where you can truly let loose and be yourself in a safe, fun environment.

Essential Event Logistics and Entry Policy

Please read the following information carefully before purchasing tickets.

1. Entry Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

• Age Restriction: This is strictly an 18+ event.

• Identification: Valid, government-issued photo identification (Passport, Driving Licence, or Proof of Age Card) will be required alongside your ticket for entry. Failure to provide valid ID will result in refusal of entry without a refund.

• Ticket Requirement: Entry is strictly by pre-purchased ticket only.

2. Ticket & Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable: All tickets purchased for this event are non-refundable.

• Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that BEAT II BEAT needs to cancel the event, your ticket will automatically remain valid for the officially announced rescheduled date. If a rescheduled date is not possible, a refund will be offered.

3. Venue Access & Re-entry

• Re-entry Policy: Re-entry is permitted, provided you retain your valid ticket and have received the official venue stamp/wristband upon initial entry.

• Last Entry: The final entry time is 12:00 AM (Midnight). Please arrive before this time to guarantee admission.

4. Conduct & Security

• Security Search: All attendees consent to being searched upon entry to the venue.

• Code of Conduct: Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, aggressive, or compromises the safety or enjoyment of other guests. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
