Review of Wolverhampton Dining Club

Lovely afternoon we spent most of the day here! Took chairs & blankets & set up camp lol. Very chilled & relaxed, busy but not over crowded, plenty of loos, plenty of food stalls to choose from, quick to serve. Lots of singles/couples/families/friends & doggies!! Really nice atmosphere, really enjoyed this event! The wonderful weather helped too. Very well organised please come to west park again! X

Lovely food in a lovely place. Something for everyone

Excellent event. Well run, very clean and food delicious.

Sadly, this event was underwhelming. Charging to enter a food festival is fair enough, but then for the prices to be (quite frankly) far higher than they should be for the food and drinks offered, and not provide anywhere shaded or many seats, is poor. 
The food offered was sub-par and that’s being generous, we each ate different things and none of us were very happy with what we got. One of us had clearly been given chips that had been left and then refried, another ordered a cubano and I can only say if a 
Cuban person tried it they would have been horrified. And not all those vendors advertised end up being present on the day and the stall list changed. Most stalls were dirty fries of some kind. I’d been looking forward to a fun afternoon with my kids trying lots of delicious food, but actually because it was so expensive we picked one thing each and a further one to share and then spent almost an hour in various queues for it all. It would be beneficial if the portion sizes were smaller, the stalls honed their skills more, and the prices reduced. I don’t want to be too negative but it was such a disappointment and cost a lot of money I would rather have spent in a restaurant where I could sit comfortably. I won’t attend another one and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Great choice of food vendors, although a little pricey. 

A wonderful return visit, pleasing to see it was alot bigger this time. The weather helped but the food is and was delicious. We will be back 

Fantastic venue with a great selection of food, drink with great music and will definitely go again.
