UK Based Dancehall/Afropop duo Reggie N Bollie became house hold names after competing and finishing as the runners-up mentored by Cheryl on The X Factor UK series 12 in 2015.
They both enjoyed very successful careers in their homeland Ghana before relocating to the UK in 2010 with their families.
Bollie, then known as ?Bollie Babyface? gained massive recognition in his solo career with his single ?Kiss your Bride? which was a massive hit in many countries in Africa.
Reggie as well earned much success with his hit songs ?Virgin?, ?4 Sale?, ?Adoma? and ?Victims? which also won him the acclaimed Award for ?Best Music for National Development? at the 2011 Ghana Music Awards.
The duo were signed by Simon Cowell on his label Syco Music in January 2016 and went ahead to release ?New Girl? which peaked at n.5 in the UK iTunes Charts, n.26 in the UK Official Charts and n.8 in the Scottish Official Charts.
Since confirming their split with Syco Music back in January 2017 and announcing the launch of their own independent label ?F.R.O.D. Music?, Reggie N Bollie have not disappointed their diverse fanbase by releasing independently ?This Is The Life? which saw the duo make a bold move and immersing themselves in their roots of Raggae/Dancehall and more urban sound with soca undertones.
They followed up with their summer hit ?BUMAYE? and most recently they have taken everyone by surprise with ?All the way up? featuring Nigerian Music Legend ?2Face Idibia?.
2017 has been a successful year for the duo as they have been appointed as ?Ghana Tourism Ambassadors for UK & Europe? and have won the ?Best UK Music Artist Award? at the 2017 IARA Awards (International Achievements Recognition Awards).
