Review of The Comedy Store

Very poor show last night.  We went in October and enjoyed all the comedians but last nights show was very disappointing.  We were disappointed and discussed with the last two comedians.  The trans gender one was vulgar, was not amusing. I noticed a lot of people left during his act.  Some of what he was saying was vile.  The final one had limited laughs.  They were both looking at their watches throughout their acts.  It finished 30 minutes ahead of time.  Even the compare gave up when he returned to the stage at the end.

Great events and good to have. Micky P Kerr was decent, Jenny Hart good in a different way but Johnny Pelham was very disappointing (no one seemed to recognise any comedy in his material). That's real life comedy though and will carry on supporting the events and future acts. Would be useful if the venue could indicate when the acts'time was nearly up to avoid them all having to check their watches multiple times before finishing.

We went to the comedy store night on feb 10th and really enjoyed it. The MC in particular was really funny. It was my first visit to the OFS and I would definitely go back!

This was our first visit to this venue and we thought it was a good little venue. 
It was a shame that the acts that we saw were quite poor!
It will, however not put us off returning in the future.

Great venue, reasonably priced drinks, great variety of events, would recommend!
