Welcome to Wonderland Sefton Park, where the sparkling spirit of Christmas magically comes alive amidst twinklingtrees and gleaming lights! Our enchanting experience invites families to step into a joyful world of storytelling, laughter, and togetherness.

From decorating gingerbread with sweet Mrs. Claus to helping the merry elves in their workshop, every charming corner of Wonderland overflows with heartwarming cheer for all ages. Your ticket includes a dreamy visit to Santa's cozy grotto, complete with a delightful Christmas gift!

Wonderland opens its festive gates on November 22nd and runs straight through to Christmas Eve. Spaces are limited, so advance booking is absolutely essential for your unforgettable holiday adventure!

We understand plans can change! If you need to make changes, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. All amendments are subject to availability and Santa’s discretion. Please note: All bookings are non-refundable, and unfortunately, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.

Please note: Personal photos are not permitted inside Santa’s Grotto, but don’t worry—we offer professional photography you can purchase after your visit for the perfect keepsake!

Wonderland is nestled right in iconic Sefton Park, with free on-street parking available nearby. We also offer a limited number of accessible spaces in our on-site car park. Travelling by public transport? We’re just a short stroll from Smithdown Road and Ullet Road—super convenient!

Yes! Our experience is designed to be inclusive and accessible for all. Wheelchairs are welcome throughout both indoor and outdoor attractions. For pushchairs, please note that some indoor spaces have limited room, and we kindly ask visitors to use car seats where possible inside specific areas.

We’re proud to offer accessible pricing where needed. We currently accept: DLA, PIP, AA, or Carer’s Allowance letters; Disabled Freedom Pass or Blue Badge; Access Card or DID Card. Please ensure ID is presented at entry. Failure to provide valid evidence may result in the Care Assistant ticket being removed and a full-price ticket charged.

Yes indeed! Follow the scent of cinnamon and cocoa to our Christmas Market stalls, serving up everything from snacks and festive treats to hearty winter warmers. Mulled drinks, hot chocolate, and more await!

Dress for a festive adventure! Wonderland has both indoor and outdoor areas, so we recommend warm layers, cosy hats, gloves, and waterproofs—just in case Jack Frost pays us a visit!

You’ll want to set aside around 2 hours for your magical journey. This gives you time to enjoy every twinkling moment—including your magical visit with Santa!
