The Beat Goes On.... is the UK's latest independent Micro-Festival.
Our events are all about the celebration of all electronic music, performance, freedom and escapism.
If you’re looking for a place to kick back, have fun and dance the weekend away, then you don’t have to look any further!
We run festivals in Somerset and promote regular club nights in Bristol
LOST PROPERTY
Lost and Found property is being managed on site by Production Security. Please report all lost items to security as soon as you can and check with security / production team before leaving site to be reunited with your property if it has been found during the event. All found property should be handed into security / production team.
Lost Property Post Event Any found items will be kept by The Beat Goes On.... Lost Property team for 4 weeks after the camping weekend. After this point, all items will be donated to charity or disposed of safely/securely. All reasonable efforts will be made to reunite the lost item with its owner before this takes place.

CAR PARKING
How far is the walk from the car park to the event site?
The car park is on the event site there is a 2 min walk to the campsite.
Please come prepared anyone staying in a tent will need to park in the car park and walk to the campsite.
The walk is flat, but you may want to bring torch with you to help you at night. You can access the car park at any time during your stay.
PA TICKETS
Do you offer PA Tickets? Yes
Disabled access: The site welcomes wheelchairs although it should be understood by all guests that this campsite located within a countryside location. There is uneven ground, gravel tracks and areas of open countryside & parkland therefore some areas are not easily accessible especially for wheelchairs or those guests with walking disabilities.
We offer close parking for anyone in receipt of a Blue Badge, along with accessible camping options.
We allow assistance dogs on site. All assistant dogs must be declared in advance to the access team who, once approved, will provide an authorisation letter to be shown on the search and entry points.
PA Ticket - if you need extra support on site, you can apply for a free ticket for a personal assistant to accompany you to The Beat Goes On….Micro-festival.
We will request to see sight of documents confirming your eligibility, we currently accept a photocopy / scan of one of the following documents (dated within the past 12 months if DLA or Attendance Allowance.)
We recognise that the documents above are not definitive. If you do not have any of these but wish to apply to use any of our access facilities, you are welcome to contact us so we can discuss your needs.
How to apply for a PA Ticket
COVID
Covid Guidelines
In light of the COVID 19 pandemic, you understand that there are risks associated with attending any outdoor gathering (including the Camping weekend). We will take reasonable steps to comply with any relevant guidelines intended to reduce the spread of COVID 19, we cannot be held responsible for the behaviour or health of other Camping weekend attendees and cannot effectively ensure that no attendees at the Camping weekend will have COVID-19. Accordingly, we will not be responsible if you catch COVID-19 at the Camping weekend or for any illness or death of any Camping weekend attendees caused by COVID 19.
You understand and accept that you will be attending the Camping weekend and using any facilities on-site at your own risk.
To help us to reduce the spread of COVID 19, we ask that you follow all government guidelines in place at the time of our event.
We reserve the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration, and venue of the camping weekend in the event of unforeseen or other circumstances, including (but without limitation) Force Majeure, safety and security concerns or decisions from authorised persons or other competent authority.
How Many months can I take a Payment Plan over?
How Many months can I take a Payment Plan over?
Payment Plans are available to spread over up to 6 months, as we approach the event, these will reduce to a minimum of 2 monthly instalments, after which the payment plans will no longer be available.
What is the start date of the Payment Plan?
The dates and schedule of your payment plan will be linked to when each customer makes their purchase, by clicking confirm payment you are effectively starting your payment plan each monthly payment will be deducted on / around the first of each month.
Defaulting Customers
Defaulting customers will be sent 3 notifications to make their payments.If you default you will be able to complete the payment plan manually.Failure to do so will cause you to default.For defaulting customers, the non-refundable deposit will be retained all other instalments will be refunded to your bank account.
Where is my ticket?
Tickets will not be issued until you have completed your final payment, then Skiddle will send you all relevant tickets purchased.
What happens to defaulted tickets?
All defaulted tickets will automatically go back into stock (or a waiting list if one is available at the time) to be re-sold
Add -on Tickets under the Payment Plan Option
All add-on tickets will need to be included within the initial purchase otherwise you will need to wait until your payment plan has been fully paid.
Pending payment plan tickets do not allow add-ons to be added until the ticket has been converted into a 'valid' one, upon completion of all payments, therefore it is important that you add any vehicle pass onto the payment plan order.
Pets
Strictly no animals (except for assistance dogs) will be allowed on the site. Assistance dogs must be declared in advance to the access team who, once approved, will provide an authorisation letter to be shown on the search and entry points.
Restricted areas
For the safety of yourself and others it is forbidden to access areas that are restricted. This includes climbing, trees, fences, stages, roofs and other apparatus or constructions. If you are caught doing this, you will be ejected from the camping weekend without refund or compensation.
Filming consent / condition of sale
As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed, and recorded for TV, Film, radio, webcast, and other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for safety and security purposes.
Trading
Strictly no trading or other commercial activity by any ticket holder will be allowed on the camping weekend site without the organiser’s prior written consent.
The Beat Goes On.... accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from third party traders.

LOCATION: WHERE IS THE BEAT GOES ONβ¦. AN ACID BARN DANCE 2026?
The Beat Goes On.... presents An Acid Barn Dance, is located on a secluded hilltop overlooking a wooded valley with beautiful views across miles of stunning Somerset countryside - the perfect spot to celebrate, dance, relax and enjoy spending time with likeminded individuals!
This barn is located on a working farm; we are a Leave No Trace event therefore we leave the event space as spotless as we found it.
Drinking water taps & basic campsite facilities like Portaloo’s are provided, we will be completely off grid at this location so come prepared and pack a torch & warm clothes it can get chilly at night
Prohibited items
The Beat Goes On…. runs a rigorous search operation at the gates, and you should expect to be searched on entry. This may include clothing/bag searches at the gates, onsite or when leaving. The Beat Goes On…. Has a zero drugs policy regarding the possession, use or sale of illegal drugs. This includes Nitrous Oxide and all other products banned under the New Psychoactive Substances Act 2016.
The licence states that no glass is to be brought onto site for safety reasons. No opened bottles can be brought on to site – any opened bottles will be confiscated on entry to the camping weekend.
Prohibited items include: Generators, Sound Systems, knives (including locking knives); glass bottles fireworks; explosives; BBQs; smoke and gas canisters; air horns; flares; weapons or potential weapons; laser devices; unofficial drones and UAVs; sky lanterns; paraffin lamps, candles, generators, chemical toilets (except where fixed within live in vehicles), unofficial hi-visibility clothing/tabards, open bottles of any kind of liquid that can be consumed. Chemical toilets are not to be emptied at the campsite.
This list is not exhaustive, The Beat Goes on reserves the right to confiscate any potentially harmful items or substances at our discretion. Please be aware that work tools, ladders, 2-way radios etc can be deemed a potential security breach and we reserve the right to confiscate such items on entry to the car parks or camping weekend gates. Please check your vehicle before packing and remove any items that can present a safety or security risk.
Signs or materials displaying discriminatory, derogatory, or offensive messages, slogans or images are not permitted.
E-cigarettes are allowed. E-cigarette liquid is only allowed if it is sealed and easily identifiable. If it cannot be identified or the seal is broken, it will be confiscated
Prescribed medication
Prescribed medication should be declared before entering the search and entry points. Medicine should be in its original packaging and the ticket holder must bring a copy of their prescription in their own name.
GATE SEARCHES AND CONFISCATED ITEMS

BBQS AND CAMPFIRES
No open fires or BBQs are allowed these are forbidden for safety reasons.
Camping stoves using small, disposable gas canisters are permitted. Please only bring enough for your needs over the weekend. Excessive quantities may be confiscated. In the event of very hot weather / dry ground conditions we reserve the right to prohibit the use of camping stoves for safety reasons.
THE BEAT GOES ON..... EVENT ETHOS
PLEASE RESPECT THIS SPACE AND LEAVE NO TRACE!
This includes a respect for each other as well as the land that we share for the weekend. We ask that all patrons take their rubbish away with them and help to keep the site clear of all rubbish during the weekend. We have plenty of bins available to use they are clearly marked for recycling.
Our food & drink traders do not use any single-use plastic and all food packaging served is fully compostable. The Mad Hatters Tea Party offer a discount on hot drinks if you bring your own cup.
We like to hand the keys back to the owner knowing that the space has been well looked after & is clean and clear of all rubbish (This includes cigarette butts, please dispose of all rubbish appropriately).
ALCOHOL
Our event licence states that no glass is to be brought onto site for safety reasons please respect this request! Any glass bottles will be confiscated by our security team.
No opened bottles can be brought on to site – any opened bottles will be confiscated on entry to the micro-festival.
We have set a limit of 16 cans of alcohol per person which you are allowed to bring with you this is to be consumed in the camping field. Please support our bar we rely on the bar profits to help cover the costs of the event.
PRE-PITCHED AND GLAMPING FACILITIES
In 2026 we will again be partnering with Tinkerbell Tent Hire, offering those who are not used to pitching a tent the option of some luxury.
You will be able to pull up in your car and find everything ready when you arrive!
The team behind Tinkerbelle Tent Hire have a fleet of 4 and 5 metre bell tents which will be fully furnished with a range of interiors including off the ground beds, floor, matting, small bedside table, inside and outside fairy lights and bunting.

All glamping options are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CAMPSITE FACILITIES
We have toilets & Portaloo’s we also have disabled Portaloo’s.
Drinking Water Taps are located across the campsite, we encourage all guests to bring their own water bottles and fill up for free!If ever in doubt, ask a steward who will be able to direct you to the nearest water tap.
VEHICLE PASSES
Everyone that arrives in a car or live in vehicle must purchase the relevant vehicle pass.
Cars will be parked in the carpark *(Ticket holders would need to purchase a car park pass charged at £46.00 per vehicle
Live in vehicles require a campervan pass *(Ticket holders would need to purchase a campervan pass charged at £86.00 We define a live-in vehicle as a vehicle with a fixed bed & fixed washing and cooking facilities.
We allocate a pitch space per vehicle of 8m x 4myou must contact The Beat Goes On.... if you have a vehicle more than this size as we may not be able to accommodate due to the turning circle of the entry gates.
All vehicles once parked must remain static over the weekend.
MOBILE PHONE SIGNAL
There is no WI-FI on the campsite.
Our new site will have phone signal, but we encourage all our guests to put their phones away & be present for the weekend shenanigans.
We want all our guests to relax and feel like everyone is effectively off-grid for the whole weekend!
There is nothing better for the soul than a huge dose of escapism!!!
AGE RESTRICTION & ID
We are an over 18 event, Challenge 25 operates on our entrance gate as well as our bar(s) If you have purchased a ticket and are fortunate enough to look under the age of 25, you will be required to provide ID and prove your age. If you cannot provide ID that is valid and in date, you will be refused entry into the camping weekend site.
Acceptable ID includes Photographic driving licence, proof of age card with PASS hologram or a passport. We need to see sight of original copies, photocopies will not be accepted
