Hologram Photo ID, such as Driving Licence, Passport, and Young Scot Card. Only ID with a hologram will be accepted.
We will be operating a Challenge 25, so please bring valid ID.
ESSENTIAL ENTRY INFORMATION
Drugs Policy
Pavilion Festival has a zero drugs policy. Please don’t bring drugs to the festival, bag searches and sniffer dogs will be in operation at the festival gates.
Prohibited Items and Bag Searches
Bags or rucksacks larger than A4 size, glass items (including perfume bottles), metal or hard plastic water bottles, food or drinks (even if unopened), drugs, flares (which may result in police charges), smoke canisters (also subject to police charges), flags, chairs, professional cameras, selfie sticks, umbrellas, weapons, and high-visibility clothing or jackets are all prohibited.
Searches will be conducted at all entrances, including bag checks, pat-down and sniffer dogs. Bringing any prohibited items may result in refusal of entry, ejection from the festival, or even arrest.
Passouts
Once you enter the festival you will not be allowed to exit and re-enter.
TOKENS AND CASH
Tokens will be required to purchase drinks at the onsite bars. These can be purchased with cash or card at our tokens booths which will be clearly signposted.Food, merchandise and shots on the big wheel can be purchased with cash or card. We advise where possible to pay with cash to help keep transactions quick and queues shorter.
There are no cash machines on site. You can pay for tokens by using your card and you can get cashback at the token booths , vendors accept card payments but we cannot guarantee this.
PHONE CHARGING
There will be a stall selling portable charges.

Getting to Low Green, Ayr
By Car
Low Green is easily accessible by car via the A77, which connects Ayr with Glasgow to the north and Stranraer to the south. Ample parking is available nearby, including at the seafront car parks, making it a convenient option for visitors traveling with their own vehicle.
By Train
Ayr is well-served by regular train services from Glasgow Central with the journey taking approximately 50 minutes. From Ayr train station, Low Green is a short 15-minute walk or a brief taxi ride away, offering a scenic route through the town.
By Bus
Several bus services operate between Ayr and surrounding towns and cities, including Glasgow. The main bus station in Ayr is centrally located, and from there, Low Green is a 10-minute walk, making it a convenient option for those traveling on a budget.

For visitors traveling from further afield, Glasgow Prestwick Airport is the closest airport, located just 5 miles from Ayr. From the airport, you can reach Low Green by taxi in about 15 minutes or by train from Prestwick Airport Station to Ayr.
On Foot
For locals or those staying nearby, walking to Low Green offers a leisurely way to enjoy the area. It is located along Ayr’s picturesque seafront, providing a relaxing stroll with beautiful views of the coast.
