Venue was a shambles the minute we walked through the door, no scanning QR code but told we needed to get membership for buzzbingo, spent 30 stressful mins doing that. Bar staff were the worst and most useless unfriendly people who really didnt have a clue what they were doing and prices changed each time we ordered our drink and when questioned wasnt really told a reason, i have never in my life came across such a pathetic and unorganised group of staff in my life, no training no customer service not a clue of what drinks they had, total shambles and the venue and staff ruined our night £22 per person what a rip off and the entertainment was  poor aswell no variety and didnt last long with there break, would never set foot in irvine buzz bingo again as the first 30 mins really was so stressful a d staff are needing organised better

This was the worst show i have ever seen in my life.

Total rip off couldnât see a thing arrived early for good seat then they allowed everyone to stand at front of stage so no one on seats could see 
Also signed up for tickets which automatically purchased when available not giving choice of the early bird tickets which were available
