Event really needs advertising with an age limit. Been to walkthroughs at other places for Halloween but this was aimed at very young children. Not dark and not slightly scary and  no jump scares.

Review of Haunted House Halloween Walkthrough

Absolutely rubbish. I wouldn’t have went here for free.

Absolutely shocking from start to finish. Nearly £50 for just under an hour of 'entertainment' which was barely enough to keep your average 2 year old occupied. The whole set-up was tatty and cheap looking, there was nothing remotely scary either because it was too brightly lit - it might have been a better experience with dimmer lighting. The 2 actresses were pretty good, they did their best with the poor equipment and settings available. The only bit my son enjoyed was the dancing at the end that lasted about 1 minute before they did the chacha slide. He was gutted, it was so poor he stood at thw side cringing for most of it and refusing to join in. I think charging for the adults is shocking given how poor the experience was! We ended up going through the horror car wash, this was much better and my poor little boy absolutely loved it!

This was not marketed correctly and was far too”young” for my family.we left after ten mins with no one questioning why.the signage to the event was poor,so even if it had been the correct-aged event for my kids, we missed the first ten mins as we couldn’t find how to get in. 
We were then left with nothing to do for halloween as this was so bad, low budget and overpriced.
Ended up going to the “car wash”event to try and cheer kids up but that wasn’t much better

The price was shocking 48.50 for 3 kids n 2 adults adults shouldn't of had to pay. Wasn't scary!! was for kids under 10 I would say. But adults having to pay for it was a disgrace tbh I can't remember seeing ages n what it evolved

Absolutely ridiculous i had booked the time and date i could do, i received an email 3 days prior saying theyve cancelled that time . I replied saying i wasnt able to make the earlier time or other date and politely asked for my refund to 2 days later no response.

Absolutely terrible event, boring, terrible actors, no involvement, couldn’t wait for it to end

It is an excellent event. definitely aimed at aged 9 and under though but the staff were lovely and it was well thought out
