Tunes on the Bay takes place at Swansea Bay in Wales, opposite the Secret Beach bar.

Of course! However, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Security can at their discretion enforce a maximum of 2 under 18s to be escorted by 1 responsible adult at Tunes on the Bay. Strictly no alcohol for under 18’s.

Tunes on the Bay opens 12pm - 11pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

No, dogs are not allowed in Tunes on the Bay.

Yes! You can bring your own deck chairs or foldable chairs into the Tunes on the Bay venue. They only ask that if for any reason the security team need you to move that you do so kindly.

No outside food, alcoholic or soft drinks will be allowed into the Tunes on the Bay venue.

There will be a wide range of food & drink vendors in the venue. They allow empty metal and plastic reusable water bottles into the festival, there will be refill stations available on site. No alcohol is to be brought to the festival. A fully licensed bar will be serving alcoholic and soft beverages. A strict challenge 21 policy will be in operation.

VIP upgrades include access to a private bar at the festival, and a higher viewing level, giving you a better view of the stage. Please note, VIP upgrades are not tickets. VIP upgrades require a Tunes on the Bay weekend ticket to be valid.

Ticket sales and booking fees are non-refundable, under any circumstances. Please read through the ticket terms and conditions before purchasing tickets.

Tunes on the Bay allow the reselling of tickets, ID is not required for ticket holders meaning tickets can easily be transferred. Please ensure if sold you forward your original ticket confirmation email to the buyer.

Tunes on the Bay offer concessions tickets free of charge to carers. If you require a carer to assist you attending the event please purchase yourself the ticket you require, and then when you come to the box office to collect your wristband please attend with your carer and staff will be more than happy to issue them a ticket free of charge. Please bring a carers ID card or relevant documents confirming carer status.

Yes, parking can be found a close 5 minute walk away from Tunes on the Bay.

Trains between London Paddington and Tunes on the Bay run until late.

Tunes on the Bay pick up and drop off area will be located at Brangwyn hall.

Tunes on the Bay is held on the beach with soft sand and there is limited vehicular access, so appropriate wheelchairs must be used to access the site. Disabled toilets will be available on site. If you have particular needs; the festival may be able to assist you depending on your circumstances. Please get in touch with so that they can discuss how they may be able to help.
