Review of South East Soul & Reggae Festival

enjoyed every bit of it. dint see why VIP had less seats and everyone paid for a seat expecting to have a seat reserved not 1st come  1st serve basis.

rides had better music playing stalls was running out of food and the prices was ridiculous and rude bar staff very disappointed left early due to this

The organisers should have let us know when they had a problem rather than leaving everyone wondering whether to stay or not!
Poor Kenny Thomasâs set was cut short abruptly through no fault of his own.
At least he apologised!!

Great venue as local and free parking.
Prices were fair for what was offered there. Great atmosphere especially in the Soultasia tent.
Massive disappointment for the headliner, Kenny Thomas...the main reason why we went. He was over an hour late coming on to the stage, not his fault as he was ready to come on at 9 but there was clearing technical issues....no updates or apologises made by staff. Kenny only was able to perform for 25 minutes due to Sunday laws! He was clearly disappointed and understandably angry. A lot of people had left at this stage which on the whole was very disappointing.

Not impressed by bands apart from Gentlemens dub club.  Tick*ts said finished at 10 so cab booked for 10. Kenny Thomas still hadn't come on at 9.40!

Everything inside,  drinks and food have gone up since last year.
The music in-between the live bands wasn't that great.
Compared to the last few years going,.som**hing was off and not many people attended.
Saying this, I am still grateful that we have brilliant live music on our doorstep

Apart from the food being extremely overpriced there was a limited selection. Ok if you like burger and chips and want to pay £12 for a single burger. Didn't think the music was up to the standards I expected, I'm assuming the best was left to last but I couldn't hang around. I'd had enough by 7pm and went home along with many others. On a positive note, there were plenty of toilets and parking was free. Pay cash for your drinks as you may get them a bit cheaper. The chap that served me put the cash straight into his pock*t  and charged me £20 instead of £24 for the two drinks that I ordered

Food offerings were awful but everything else was top notch 

Nice chilled event shame v I p was so minimal only a few wooden benches to sit and could not see stage from area which was odd . Last performance was a hour late which was a shame but all in all good vibes
