PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY (please note that purchase of a ticket signifies your agreement to the
The festival organisers will not be held responsible for any tickets lost, misplaced, stolen or lost in
transit. No tickets will be reissued at the expense of the festival organisers.
Your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband which will be fastened around your wrist by a member
of staff at the event. Wristbands removed from the wrist, tampered with or lost will be invalid and
will not be replaced. Each ticket/wristband is only valid for entry for one person and once redeemed
cannot be passed on/given away/sold on. Any evidence of this will result in your removal from the
event and blacklisting from future events. The box office will be open during the following hours on
Friday and Saturday: 10.00 am to 9.00 pm.
Tickets may not be resold without the express agreement of the promoter and the title to tickets
remain with the promoter until payment has been received in full. Please be aware of forgeries and
only purchase tickets from authorised vendors as listed on the official website.
Festival organisers reserve the right to alter or change the programme. Your ticket is for a festival
and not for one specific artist. Although the organisers will always endeavour to present the bill as
advertised, the line up of artists cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations do sometimes happen due to
illness or other unforeseen reasons. Should one or more artists be cancelled, the festival will go
ahead as planned. Published times may also be affected and festivals cannot be guaranteed to finish
exactly on time. Please be aware that refunds will not be given in these circumstances. No money
will be refunded or tickets cancelled unless the event is completely cancelled.
CANCELLATION - In the event of TOTAL cancellation, the face value of the ticket minus 10%
administration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given without proof of purchase of ticket.
Anyone under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible person over the age of 18
at all times.
Loopallu is a family friendly festival and is drug free. All persons attending may be subject to drug
and security searches. Bags/possessions may also be subject to search upon entering the event.
No animals are permitted on site, anyone arriving on site with an animal will be turned away at the
gate. Under these circumstances, ticket money will not be refunded.
Weapons, Glass, Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns & Pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited.
Loopallu is a tented festival, however, it is your responsibility to be prepared for all weather
conditions and bring appropriate clothing and footwear.
Vehicles are not permitted on the festival site and no parking is available on site, please use the
designated car parks in the village. Cars are parked at your own risk.
You consent to filming and sound recording as a member of the audience.
No drink can be brought on to the festival site.
Only food purchased from festival vendors can be brought on to the festival site.
Please look after your possessions on site. Festival organisers accept no responsibility for lost,
damaged or stolen property and/or personal items.
Members of the public attending events should be aware of the risks involved in attending a festival
and consideration should be given to excessive exposure to sustained high noise levels.
Any information displayed on the website, on the festival site or in the programme is for information
only and may be subject to change.
Festival goers are reminded that Scotland operates a 'Challenge 25' policy, so if you are lucky enough
to look under 25 you will be asked to provide valid ID to prove that you are over 18 when collecting
your wristband or buying alcohol. Valid forms of ID at Loopallu are a passport or photo driving
licence. NO other form of ID is accepted.
Ticket prices include VAT and are subject to a booking fee.
Festival organisers reserve the right to refuse admission without refund.
The decision of the organisers is final.
PLEASE respect the Ullapool residents privacy and avoid unnecessary noise when coming and going
from the festival site. Please keep our village and the loch clean by placing any rubbish in the bins
*Loopallu is subject to licence.
