About

Leeds-bound for an in-store at the wicked Vinyl Whistle record shop, bar, and venue.

On Saturday 20th June we'll be setting up camp all evening at The Vinyl Whistle in Headingley, Leeds, joined by two pals of the label who also happen to be musical wizards > > >

HANG Linton - talented multi-instrumentalist with punked-up energy and lyrical skills to boot, this musician first blew our socks off at Alder [Ty Danny!] and have followed ever since. A way with words and wonder; we're excited to hear him in full flow in these intimate record shop surroundings.

Jake Mehew - explorer of experimental sounds in a modular world, Jake is well-versed in his abilities, inspiring the listeners with foundational acts of electronic music creation; notably his work with his modular constructed set-up producing hypnotic and captivating grooves on the fly!

Being our penultimate #bbs10 event, BBS is going b2b to warm things up in the afternoon. To the uninitiated, it's what we enjoy the most as we divulge into the depths of our crates for an extended set of house, funk, soul, with some weird and wonderful for good measure.

Saturday 20th June 2026 • 5pm - 10:45pm • The Vinyl Whistle, 12 Otley Rd, Headingley, Leeds, LS6 2AD
