Great evening, enjoyed the use of the touch pads. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Only downfall was that I was told it was only soft drinks included in our Skiddle offer, but Skiddle stated otherwise.

I liked this one as it included all your bingo except for the extras which was optional and that was only an extra £11 for the two of us, normally it doesn't include all bingo mainly on touchscreen so it was nice to attend and not be pestered into being more packages on the touchscreens

Terrible Events, The guy on Reception tried to charge us for a full price package on touchscreen when we only ever paid £3 extra for each player for using the touchscreen as you are meant to get 10 pages of paper bingo included. They didn't have a clue what they were doing or what the rules were so I think there is some confusion so this needs clarifying as no one seems to know but I explained that when we have been in the past we have only £3 extra  each for each player. I won't going again until they resolve this and it is in plain written English. Even when we asked to speak with a "manager" he confirmed the assistant was correct. I said I wasn't paying an extra than what I usually.  What's the point in having the bingo included if you have to pay for it as he said the £6 we paid was £5 for a meal deal and save £1 on the bingo. I believe this information to be incorrect as we have only ever been charged £3 each extra. He said he had read the "brief"!

I paid £7 with booking fee for bingo food and a drink on the 2nd January when I went the bingo was free anyway the food was only a burger no alternative the drink was only on selective drinks

Review of Pink Tribute

The event was not advertised properly, we travelled to what we thought was a lively dance/bingo to turn up for it to be a normal bingo game, i also didnt get a free voucher meal (even though ive never played before) & the women on the front desk was rude

Only good think the tribute act interacted with audience

Was a shocking service, took took long to get served, majorly hit in there and just not a very happy place to be, I was thoroughly disappointed

Great night good value for money only thing I have to say is that they could of done with more staff on the bar as the queue took forever especially more when the main bingo wasn't in play as the wait time to get served was madness with just one person although they did have another making the drinks in the end but opening another till might of done a better job.

Guys was lovely and friendly and hung around afterwards for pictures brilliant
