Terms & Conditions – Social Eats Presents Country Camping
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Social Eats Country Camping, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. The Event is a two-day country music camping festival held at DK Rugby Club, Swindon Road, Wall Heath, Kinver, Kingswinford, DY6OAW on 23RD & 24TH May 2026
1. Event Information
• The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, artists, timings, or site layout where reasonably necessary.
• The Event will take place rain or shine unless cancelled for safety or reasons beyond the organiser’s control.
2. Tickets & Entry
• All tickets are non-refundable.
• Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on entry. Wristbands must be worn at all times.
• Lost, damaged, or removed wristbands will be charged at the full ticket price.
• Entry may be refused to anyone without a valid ticket or wristband.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
3. Age Restrictions
• This event is All Ages &Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Valid photo ID may be required.
• Alcohol will only be served in accordance with UK licensing laws.
• Challenge 25 shall apply to all areas.
4. Camping
• Camping is permitted only in designated camping areas.
• Tents, gazebos, and structures must be erected safely and must not obstructaccess routes.
• Camping equipment and personal belongings are brought at the attendee’s own risk.
• Excessive noise, unsafe behaviour, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in removal from the campsite.
5. Fire Safety on site
• Open fires, fire pits, and solid fuel burners are strictly prohibited.
• Disposable or portable BBQs are not permitted unless expressly authorised by the organiser.
• Cooking equipment, naked flames, candles, or stoves are not permitted inside tents, campervans, or vehicles.
• Fire lanes and emergency access routes must be kept clear at all times.
• The organiser may impose a total fire or BBQ ban at any time due to weather conditions or advice from the local authority or emergency services.
• Breaches of fire safety rules may result in confiscation of equipment and removal from the Event without refund.
6. Vehicle Access & Parking
• Vehicle access is limited to authorised routes and areas only.
• Drivers must comply with all traffic management instructions, signage, and steward directions.
• A strict low speed limit applies across the site 10 mph.
• Once parked, vehicles must remain stationary unless directed otherwise by event staff.
• Sleeping in standard cars is not permitted.
• Vehicles and their contents are left entirely at the owner’s risk.
7. Campervans, Motorhomes & Caravans
• Campervans, motorhomes, and caravans are permitted only in designated campervan areas with a valid campervan pass.
• Passes must be purchased in advance and displayed clearly.
• Each pitch permits one vehicle only.
• Generators are not permitted unless specifically authorised.
• External sound systems and amplified music are not permitted in campervan areas.
• Wastewater and chemical toilet waste must be disposed of only at designated disposal points.
• Refuelling, vehicle repairs, or maintenance are not permitted on site.
• Awnings and outdoor setups must remain within allocated pitches and must not obstruct access routes.
• The organiser reserves the right to relocate vehicles where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
8. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted on site:
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Weapons or dangerous items
• Glass containers
• Fireworks, flares, or smoke bombs
• Drones (unless authorised)
• Fuel, generators, or fire-starting equipment (unless approved)
Prohibited items may be confiscated.
9. Alcohol & Drugs
• Alcohol consumption is permitted only in accordance with licensing laws and designated areas.
• No alcohol can be brought on to the main festival site, a full search will take place whenever entering the site.
• Alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the camping site, we do have an on site shop at supermarket prices for campsite members.
• Anyone deemed intoxicated, disorderly, or unsafe may be refused service or removed from the Event.
• Illegal drugs will be confiscated and may be reported to the police
10. Quiet Hours & Noise Enforcement
• Quiet hours apply between 11:00pm and 8:00am in all camping and campervan areas unless otherwise stated.
• During quiet hours, noise must be kept to a minimum, including music, shouting, singing, and vehicle noise.
• Amplified sound systems, DJ equipment, and large speakers are not permitted in camping or campervan areas at any time.
• Noise limits will be enforced in line with the Event’s Premises Licence and local authority conditions.
• Attendees causing excessive noise may be required to reduce noise immediately.
• Repeated breaches may result in confiscation of equipment or removal from the Event without refund.
11. Behaviour & Safety
• Attendees must behave respectfully towards staff, performers, and other guests.
• Violent, aggressive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated.
• Security and steward decisions are final.
• Attendees enter the Event at their own risk.
12. Emergency Access
• Emergency access routes must be kept clear at all times.
• Any obstruction may be removed without notice.
• Attendees must comply immediately with instructions from stewards, security, event control, or emergency services.
13. Medical & Welfare
• First aid services will be available on site.
• Attendees consent to receiving emergency medical treatment if required.
• Attendees are responsible for managing any existing medical conditions.
14. Liability
• The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, theft, or injury, except where caused by negligence or required by law.
• Attendance is entirely at the attendee’s own risk.
15. Photography & Media
• The Event may be filmed or photographed.
• By attending, you consent to your image being used for promotional or commercial purposes without compensation.
16. Refunds & Cancellations
• Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds will only be issued if the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, subject to UK consumer law.
• No refunds will be issued for removal due to breach of these Terms & Conditions.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By attending Social Eats Country Camping, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
