About

Yorkshire-based Celtic folk rock outfit Gaelforce won the Introducing stage at the Great British Folk Festival in 2023 after a public vote from 2000 people.

Since 2023, the band has performed at numerous festivals and headlined sell-out gigs of their own in the UK and overseas. 

During 2025 alone, Gaelforce appeared at Ely Folk Festival, Cambridge Rock Festival, and The Brasenose Fringe in Cropredy. In recent years, they've appeared on stage supporting the likes of Lindisfarne, Capercaillie, and The Levellers.

The band's live sets focus on combining traditional Celtic songs, jigs, and reels in a folk rock style with fiddles and Highland bagpipes, merging seamlessly with electric guitars, bass, and drums. 

This is going to be a fabulous night and is sure to sell out!
