About

Polar Bolero- Live is where their arena is. Getting people onside is what it’s all about. Polar Bolero do it better than almost anyone else.

Since forming in early 2022 as part of a university project at Magee College, the Derry-
rooted band have carved out a space entirely their own. They are, quite simply, a
singular proposition in Irish music right now; a band that folds pop precision, folk
storytelling, jazz flair and theatrical sweep into something instinctive and whole with a
sound that feels both completely their own and quietly timeless.

Tessio are a singer-songwriter duo from Derry - Jude McCandless and Callum Feeney, playing acoustic guitars and singing close harmonies akin to The Everly Brothers. Described as having, "seriously sweet-sounding synergy" by Hotpress Magazine, they have supported acts such as Muireann Bradley and Billy Ocean. Their debut album has been widely praised across BBC and RTE.

Tristan Rene is a Montreal‑born singer‑songwriter who moved to Ireland a year ago to put music at the center of his life. In Ireland’s late‑night hum he’s shaping a sound that drifts between psychedelic haze, ethereal textures, and soul‑bared ballads—echoes of Jeff Buckley’s ache and Radiohead’s restless pulse, filtered through his own light.
