Biography

Seas Of Mirth are a genre-bending party band with an immersive, trippy deep sea twist. The East Midlands based bunch founded by members Al Judders and Cannonball Paul mix everything from wonky disco funk to worldly dance beats to psychey prog-folk. The 2019 album Sub Marine Dreams marked a change in musical direction and has seen comparisions to the likes of Frank Zappa, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Gong, Cardiacs, Animal Collective and Talking Heads. Their visual element makes for a full-on sensory interactive experience that makes their shows an absolute must-see at gigs or festivals.

"In these uncertain times we need tracks as refreshingly ridiculous as this" - PROG Magazine
