Sheffield's K.O.G. & The Zongo Brigade are Kwecku Of Ghana (K.O.G.), the enigmatic and dynamic frontman/singer/rapper/percussionist, and his 9 piece band of merry men who make up the band and feature some of the best musicians in the north of England (including musicians from local Leeds afrobeat heroes Mansion Of Snakes). They deliver infectious West African vibes from Ghana via Sheffield to the world, a heady brew of afrobeat, soul, funk and reggae otherwise dubbed “Afro-fusion”.
