A mystical musical four piece!

The Jackalopes formed in January 2013 on the back of the Lyons and Meadows project. The new line up retains David Lyons as the principle songwriter and introduces Matt Machin on classical guitar. Together the two guitarists have fused a unique style of fingerstyle, blues slide, classical and flamenco. Recently Ursula Bilington and Adam Pettik have joined to expand on the projects distinctive sound. Ursula's fiddle playing brings a new wealth of melody and resonance whilst Adam's intricate percussive techniques appropriately drive and compliment the music at the same time. Expect intricate interweaving minimalistic patterns inside transcendent progressive compositions, songs of comic bitterness, nostalgia and hope for the future with a foundation of rustic, bluesy acoustic goodness!
