Rob's love of soul music began in 1975, starting as a Mobile DJ, After 10 years of mobile DJ’ing, Rob worked his way into nightclubs, with a long Residency at Reflections Hitchin, Hertfordshire, Once quoted by Blues + Soul Magazine, as (The best Soul Club outside of London )

As Rob’s reputation grew, he worked in many of the "Liquid" and "Envy Nightclubs", playing soul and dance music, and still guest’s at various soul events.

After spells in Hospital Radio, In 2013 Rob joined "Secklow Sounds Radio 105.5 FM", in Milton Keynes, his "Soul Steppin" show achieved some 5,000 listens over the 3 years Rob was on the station.

Rob has gained a solid reputation in the soul world, and has worked with most of today’s Top Soul DJ’S and artistes. With over 40 Years’ experience in the Industry, Rob will present his (Soul Steppin Show) on Delite Radio, every Saturday 10 a.m. to Midday, with features such as, Birthday Review / Album Review / and Saturday Love , there will be something in the show for all.
