Biography

Psych grunge three piece Brooders are the fast rising Leeds trio who combine chaotic and heavy riffs with a swirling psychedelic edge alongside a skill that sets them apart from their contemporaries.

In their time as a band Brooders have played with the likes of God Damn, Hands Off Gretel, Fizzy Blood, Faux Pas, Glass Mountain, Baby In Vain and many more along the way. They have solidified their live presence and reputation up and down the country for their exciting light show, tight musicality and energetic performances.

‘Utterly compelling’- RATTLE MAG

‘one of the most exciting bands to emerge from that scene, with their pell-mell assault of fuzzed up guitars and killer tunes.’- THE CRACK

‘Daring, dangerous and dirty in places, whilst tranquil and melodic in others- Brooders have mastered the art of versatility in this debut release.’- REBEL CULTURE

‘If this is what this Leeds trio can capture in the studio then one can only peculate that live they might deliver the equivalent of being just yards from the epicentre of a missile strike’-DAILY ECHO

‘Brooders appear to have concocted songs that would certainly not appear out of place on some of the music industry’s greatest stages.’- THE INDIE-PENDENT
