TicNoToc formed in late 2017, making a racket in an empty house. Demolition forced the band to move into Hodge's Warrington garage in early 2018 and with the arrival of Jeff (Paddy) Padmore on drums, TicNoToc the garage band that really do rehearse in a garage was formed.
