The Ram and Shackle is a new and possibly rather exciting venue just past Fallowfield (formally the infamous but rubbish Drop Inn) that�s been highjacked by a bunch of students, recent graduates, wastemen and dyslexics. So far the place has already seen a slow but substantial transformation, with a new music policy taking in anything from world music, folk and latin all the way to dubstep and techno for details of what�s on when check out: http: www.theramandshackle.co.uk The venue boasts a brand new menu of culinary delights centred around some the finest pies you will ever taste. Hand made by Pieminister in Bristol and sent to Manchester, these mulit-award winning pies are served up with mash and peas all for under four quid bargain! The project is to turn this dilapidated but rustic bar into a top banana watering hole and they are currently looking for any aspiring artists, musicians, DJs and performers to join them�
