This October Proud Group launches Proud Kitchen at its legendary arts and music venue in Camden's Stables Market. Inspired by the sophistication of New York's laid-back dining scene, the new restaurant will serve affordable and healthy world cuisine based on a tapas-style sharing menu. The perfect setting for a pre-gig bite, Proud Kitchen will open in the venue's completely redesigned South Gallery, offering a unique alternative to local market stalls and fast food chain stores. When the kitchen closes, the party will get into full swing with the infamous South Gallery playing host to some of the best UK and International live bands. Supplementary to the music, guests are invited to book a table for dinner or a sofa to watch live acts and soak up the notoriously hip Camden atmosphere.
