We travelled 7 hours from the North East for this event and it was well worth it!!! We were a bit worried about going to Brixton as it has a bit of a bad reputation but we didnt see any trouble at all! Everyone we spoke to was really friendly and having a great time.

The DJ's seemed to be having as much of a good time as everyone else and there was no shortage of crowd interaction. Ellie Lawson did a live PA during Richard Durands set which was a nice surprise and Ferry Corsten v Dash Berlin v Richard Durand was amazing!

I really hope there will be more big trance events at Brixton i'll definitely go again :)

I've always liked Jamie T, and have been trying to get tickets to see him for a long time now. I succeeded in getting them for the Manchester gig... which was then cancelled. And my friend got a refund on the tickets instead of keeping them for the postponed gig in January. So I killed her... and bought two new tickets for the Brixton Academy gig with the money I found in her purse! Result. (It's ok everyone - she's actually still alive and well, and, yes, still an idiot) Loved the energy Jamie and the band put into the gig - especially liked the way they put a different slant on many of the album tracks, giving them a completely different feel and demonstrating some serious ability in the process. Not even almost getting mugged in a chicken shop could put a dampener on the evening (don't ask) - and that's saying something...
