Absolutely garbage! Scandalous!!! The event organisers should be ashamed of them selves. £180 for a table (with table service), only to arrive, queue for an hour only to be told there wasn't table service and a 90-120 minutes wait for a drink at the bar. Very poorly organised. Then have the audacity to say, after people left the queues were fine. Well yes, obviously! But if you organise and advertise an event for 2000+ people, you should cater for 2000+ tickets sold. You had the opportunity to bring this very famous (the reason it was so popular and tickets being sold very quickly for high prices!) to North Wales and you've managed to destroy the chance of it ever happening up hear in North Wales again!
Although it says tickets are non-refundable - I will be getting my money back!!!
£180 (£30 each) for a table reservation (and it was only open for 6 hours)
£40 (x 6) for a fancy dress
£20 (each) for a taxi
= £540 (£90 each!) for an event that was atrocious!

Poorly organised event.
Queue to get in was 1.5 hours long, luckily it wasn't raining but it was so cold waiting outside.
Queue for the bar was another 1.5 hours - again outside so it was really cold waiting in line. By the time we got to the bar there weren't any Steins left over.
Booked a table as it was advertised as table service - only a handful of waitresses present who ignored us anyway when they passed or didn't come back when they said they would.
A large percentage of people gave up and left because it was a disaster and that's putting it politely.
There were no problems with the coach service to the event - I had a return ticket but left before they were leaving.

Ticket was purchased on my mums behalf.
She wouldn't recommend and wants a refund. Queued for 2 hours to get in to then find it was a 2hr wait for a drink. She left within 10 minutes of arriving. Waste of money and time.

Awful, kot very well organised . Wont give refunds a bunch of crooks. Everything they advertised never happened. It was extremely poor as was seen in antional media the next day.

Awful event. Queued for 1 hr to get in then we were in the queue for over an hour and half for the beer tent. Gave up and went home. Total waste of £25 will be reporting to Trading Standards

Queued an hour to get in then another hour to get a drink! No table service like it was sold to us. We had one drink then left as we didn’t want to queue for another hour. The band was good but missed 2 hours of it in the queue.!!!! Atmosphere wasn’t great as everyone was fuming they couldn’t get a drink… lots of empty table as people left. Definitely want a refund

Absolute disgrace. Huge queue to get in. Huge queue for the bar. No table service. Not authentic. No authentic food. Huge queue of people urinating outside the venue. Venue cold. Over sold and under delivered. What is shocking is this company ‘Move Together’ and ‘Move T’ have many ‘brands’ operating under the company. They are clearly getting away with fraudulent activity having failed at event management before. Starting to wonder why this event left Cardiff and set up in Anglesey. Similar s**t show there perhaps? Don’t part with your money. Avoid this company and any of the event brands associated with it.

This event was awful from start to finish, we ended up leaving at 7.30 as we could be bothered queuing anymore! We didn’t even get one drink as the queue for the bar was 2 hours long! I paid extra for a table as we were promised table service but this was not the case! Disappointed is an understatement.

Hi I’d like to apply for a refund on my tickets for this event. As you’ve probably seen on social media it was a complete shambles, by no means was it what was advertised. We queued 1.5 hours to get in, a further 1.5 hours to get to the bar, didn’t get anywhere near the bar and had to leave. This event was completely falsely advertised. The irony that we didn’t get any alcohol in a beer festival is beyond a joke. We spent £80 on taxis there and back and didn’t get anything for it at all. Some people have even gone to trading standards about this. Do I pursue the refund request with yourselves or oktoberfest? If oktoberfest, can you provide me with a contact email please ?

Although the venue and music were good, the queuing time to get in and the queues for alcohol were extensive and dampened the evening somewhat.
With numerous of us queuing in different queues, socialising time was at a minimum. We left at 8:30! Having paid for a reserved table and having no table service was also another disappointment.
Better planning, more bars and staff would have made the night somewhat more enjoyable! A shame as it had all the ingredients to be a fantastic evening.
