Review of LFC End Of Season Party

Awful event. Unable to move. Food advertised but none available. Unable to get to bar

We had 3 young children in our party and got to the pub early to get seats in front of a screen. The channel for the last game of the season was not changed until 4pm and then didn't work.  Staff had no sense of urgency and were rude.  The communication was so poor. We missed the entire first half of the game and had a restricted view for the second half. A waste of money!

We were outside and the game wasn't shown straight away, there seemed to be an error, then during the whole first 45 min there was an issue with the screen, sound, buffering, you could not enjoy the game, it realy put a downer on the day. We paid to come and watch the game, and we couldn't watch it properly!! Realy dispointed

Really disappointed that the big screen did not work for the first 10 minutes of the game and then continued to buffer throughout the game making us watch it on a normal size tv screen. There was a lot of people upset about that. I think there was probably too many people in the venue as it was almost impossible to find a spot to watch it.  Cans of lager were a pound to much also.

Arrived with tick*ts and was denied entry, asked to speak to a manager and security said nothing anyone can do.  Absolute shambles

Absolutely disgusting far too many people it wasn't safe

Went in at 11am and was great. The atmosphere was great and the music. Once it was 4 o'clock they didn't show the match until everyone gave out and when they did pit it on it kept freezing so ended up leaving the venue and headed to a different venue to watch the second half of the game.

The whole event was ruined because half the screens weren't showing the game which everyone had paid to see! The staff were so poor at communicating the issue - no responsibility was taken. People were just left guessing and getting increasingly frustrated. Why the screens were only changed to the game at 4pm on the dot is beyond me. Such an important day in LFC history and you guys let loyal fans/customers down big time. Paid to see the game then had to pay for drinks and food on top of it - all you felt interested in doing was making a quick buck rather than giving fans an experience they deserved. So poor.

The event and venue were great, but the screening was not up to standard. The first 5 to 10 mins of the match was just a commentary on LFC TV as nobody bothered to change channel. And then once we started watching the game, during the first half, the screen was freezing most of the time.

The TV and the sound didn't work. And all of this happened during the last Premier League match-a shame.
