UK dutty, WATERLINES are a dynamic 4-piece metalcore band hailing from the North West and Yorkshire, ready to take the UK metalcore scene by storm. Formed in 2022, WATERLINES are quickly gaining recognition for their unique blend of metalcore, nu-metal and EDM party vibes and dynamic live performances.

WATERLINES have wasted no time in making their mark on the music scene with a number of brand new single releases: “Halo Around the Horns”, “KÖNIG”, “Prey”, “Anti Human”, and latest release - a cover of noughties dance floor banger "Pretty Green Eyes", a 100% moshpit success rate to date, and prior to the name change, appearances at festivals including Takeover at Download Festival, TechFest and Radar.

In August 2023 they headlined the Jagermeister Stage at Bloodstock Festival to riotous acclaim. A jam-packed tent and a mass of heaving bodies resulting in a bent King pole, with punters and journalists alike raving about their set being stand out and amongst their favourite of the whole weekend.

The Human Veil storm back into the metal scene with new single ‘my own hell’, a gouging hard hitter to return with after spending over 2 years creating the bands’ next master plan.

Feeling unsure what would be next for the band after releasing two EPs during the COVID Pandemic, the group sat down and discussed what to do and which direction to go in.

Instead of letting burnout take ahold of them, they decided a fresh start with a new outlook, leaving the pandemic in the past, and pinpointing the writing styles they most enjoyed from their previous releases was the best way to move forward with The Human Veil.

The Manchester 5-piece plan to release a refreshed collection of music in 2024, striving to push their signature sound with a renewed take on their amalgamation of metalcore, alternative and post-hardcore influences.

Spearheaded by frontman and songwriter Matt Wall, they are equipped with structured ambience and complexities over intricate melodies and unforgettable hook lines through vocal variety of heavy chest-pounding screams and beautiful clean vocals.

Having previously played shows with bands such as Silent Planet, Betraying The Martyrs, Landmvrks, Novelists, For The Fallen Dreams, Make Them Suffer, From Sorrow To Serenity many more, they then embarked on their first support tour with British tech-metal band Borders during their album release tour in May 2019.  The Human Veil have also appeared at popular UK festivals such as UK Tech-Metal Festival and Techibilitation.
