Review of Thorngate Halls

We had our vows renewed at Thorngate Ballroom.
From the first interaction with the reception staff right through to the event we were treated with respect and professionalism, whilst keeping it friendly and casual
We met with the bar manager who helped us all the way to ensure the day was as we wanted it, not based on what they could or could not do.
The facility guys, bar staff and everyone involved were amazing.
They were very attentive but not intrusive.
The customer service would put some 4/5 star hotels to shame.
Well done guys, we really appreciate the way you made us feel and the stress free way you dealt with everything for us.

Review of Ultimate Childrens Show plus appearance from PEPPA PIG

Venue is very very run down. Seats were all ripped and falling apart. Room was dark and musty smelling. Very very disappointed. Was advertised as a magic show etc with an appearance from peppa. There was 1 magic trick which he told the kids how he had done it. There were 2 games to win prizes but he didn't have prizes to give. Shall def be giving this a miss!
