Review of Preditah and Friends

Great to hear some quality uplifting House music in Preston again. Despite being quieter than the last event I'm sure Green is back for good now. Really good atmosphere, definitely recommended.

GREEN returned to EXIT for another outing although it wasn't as packed out as the reunion event the 250 people who were there were more than enough to generate the atmosphere that GREEN is renowned for.

Once again the music policy was strictly uplifting funky house and smiles dominated the floor it was clear to see everyone in attendance was having a good time.

The ladies were pleased to see the toilets have been improved and the clubs management has assured us more improvements are being made on a weekly basis.

Know we wait in anticipation of the july event it appears prestons longest running house music event is firmly re establishing itself as the home of funky house.

Green the rebirth

After attending green every week for the best part of a decade a chance to relive my youth in the original venue with all the past residents playing all the classics of yesteryear was amazing we thought this little green gem of an event was gone for good.

This event proved to be very popular hours before the event was due to begin hundreds of stressed party goers were desperatly trying to obtain tickets for the sell out 14th anniversary reunion.

we arrived early to find a que of non ticket holders trying every blag in the book to get through the door.Although over a hundred dissapionted clubbers were sent away many people still persisted and waited for someone to leave to gain entry. Now thats what i call commited.

Inside the venue the atmosphere was electric people were actally dancing on there way in these people were here for 1 thing a PARTY.

Old and new faces graced the dance floor by 12 o clock we were packed in sweating with hands raised in anticipation of the next monster track dropping.

Even though the venue is still a little rough around the edges it doesnt matter the atmosphere generated in that place was second to none so you can keep your s****y venues and late night bars we didnt come to pose we came to dance our cares away in prestons hub for underground dance music newly named EXIT.
