Well, that was a nice 5-minute heatwave, wasn’t it? Apparently, that’s us done for summer weather this year, so we’d better put the fan away and get used to drizzle and cold again.

But on a much more positive note, we have to say, you’re in for a treat this week. 

New On Skiddle always delivers cracking events. But this week’s might be the best yet with tickets for two new The Warehouse Project events, day and night parties, UB40 featuring Ali Campbell’s tour, Joel Corry, Born On Road, and more.

Brixton Day & Night Party w/ Prok | Fitch

When: Saturday 30th September 2023

Where: The Prince Of Wales in London

If we have to say goodbye to summer, we might as well do it in serious style with this massive party. 

Summer-ized Sessions returns with another belting day and night party, this time on London's most iconic rooftop terrace. As we mentioned, this one’s one last huge summer blowout, so there’s loads more than just tunes going down. 

Alongside the house, disco house, tech house, deep house, and minimal tunes, there’s dancers, face painting, glitter stations, food stalls, craft beers, cocktails, and of course that vital opportunity to enjoy the summer before we get into Halloween festivities.

Cream Halloween

When: Saturday 28th October 2023

Where: Grand Central Hall Liverpool in Liverpool

Iconic dance brand Cream returns to Liverpool for a massive Halloween rave.

Following countless huge events across the world, Cream returns to the city where it all began, taking over a stunning Grade II listed building for a big old spooky house music session. 

This belter of a lineup features Sam Divine, Low Steppa, GW Harrison, Amelia Preston, and Lucia Cors playing house bangers until 4 am.

Pretenders | Intimate Album Launch Show

When: Sunday 22nd October 2023

Where: Content in Liverpool

The state-of-the-art venue in Cains Brewery Village hosts the band that has been going since the late 70s as they celebrate their new album in style with an intimate launch show.

Pretenders, best known for their anthemic I'll Stand by You, Brass in Pocket, and Don’t Get Me Wrong, are heading to Content in Liverpool for an intimate album launch for their album Restless, due on 15th September.

Where: The Marble Factory in Bristol

Solardo, who you’ll know from their tunes XTC, Move Your Body, and I Can’t Wait with Tiesto, as well as countless festival appearances, come to one of Bristol’s best clubs for a massive one in November. 

The dance duo have played Glasto, Tomorrowland, EDC, Creamfields, Ultra, and plenty other huge fests. The two have also been in Ibiza this year, performing with Fisher, The Martinez Brothers, ANTS, and more. With this experience, you can be sure they know how to put on an unreal show.

Joel Corry DJ Set

When: Wednesday 4th October 2023

Where: The Dome at Grand Central Hall in Liverpool

Current Ibiza Rocks resident and constant chart-topper, Joel Corry, comes to Liverpool for a special show just before the release of his debut album. 

Corry drops his debut LP Another Friday Night on Friday 6th of October. To get all those rave-loving scousers in the mood, the DJ, who’s been behind the decks since he was just 13, comes to Liverpool’s gorgeous Grade II listed building just two days before the album drops. 

Armed with a catalogue of bangers like OUT OUT, Head & Heart, HISTORY, and more, it’s going to be one serious party with a belting soundtrack.

UB40 featuring Ali Campbell THE HITS TOUR

When: Tour starts Saturday 6th April in Liverpool - Tuesday 16th April in Nottingham

Where: LiverpoolGlasgow, Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff, and Nottingham

UB40 featuring Ali Campbell tours the UK in April 2024 with special guest Bitty McLean.

Ali Campbell, founding member of UB40, left the band in 2008 due to management issues. Since leaving, he's gone on to secure four top-ten albums while thrilling audiences at live shows all over the world. 

In April, he returns for a huge UK arena tour with support from reggae, lovers’ rock, and ragga singer Bitty McLean

Award-winning drum & bass label from Serum & Benny V takes over London’s Studio 338 for a massive, skanking Halloween bash

An absolutely stacked lineup, this one features Serum & INJA, Voltage & Trigga, Mozey and a special guest, Randall B2B Bryan Gee & Spyda, Harriet Jaxxon & Connec, and more.

And what better venue than Studio 338, one of the best clubs in London? The Ibiza-style mega-club packs a serious punch with a massive terrace, which is also the only all-night terrace in London, impressive lighting, and a murderous sound system.

ANOTR presents: expo

Where: Depot (Mayfield) in Manchester

Amsterdam-based duo ANOTR brings their conceptual event series expo to The Warehouse Project in November. 

Set to be the duo's biggest UK show to date, expo has already been tipped to have the most expensive production set-up and one of The Warehouse Project's most unique shows ever. Donned “producers to watch” and “future superstar DJs” from the beginning of their careers, this show is certain to highlight their magic.

WHP Presents /// Defected X Glitterbox

When: Saturday 9th December 2023

Where: Depot (Mayfield) in Manchester

Another event at The Warehouse Project! It’s basically Christmas. And what a linkup!

The Massive UK house record label, Defected, is linking up with Glitterbox, a huge label and events brand. Both are currently in the middle of their residencies in Ibiza at Eden and Hi. 

While we don't have any confirmed artists just yet, both brands are known for bringing the best and biggest artists to their events, with this house rave likely being no different. 

Tunes will boom on from 8 pm 'til 4 am and, if Glitterbox’s past events are anything to go by, the production will be unreal and super immersive. Almost certain to be in high demand, sign up for tickets below, ready for when tickets go live on Friday 15th September at 10 am.

Born On Road: 10 Years UK Tour

When: Brum - Fri 10th November / Brighton - Fri 17th November 2023 / Bristol - Sat 25th November

Where: Birmingham, Brighton, and Bristol

Bristol's new school DnB and jungle label, comprised of the best DJs and producers from the underground, celebrates ten years with some delicious shows in England.

Having already announced shows in Nottingham, London, Milton Keynes, Sheffield, and Leeds, Born On Road has announced three more dates that are sure to sell out rapidly. 

While we're still waiting for lineup announcements for Bristol and Brighton, we know Birmingham will see A Little Sound, Voltage + Bassman, Disrupta B2B Amplify, Crossy and a special guest, Diagnostix, and more. So you can rest easy knowing Bristol and Brighton’s lineups will be stellar too.
