After a brilliant debut in 2010 which saw the new Arenal Sound festival play host to 100,000 revellers on Spain’s Arenal Beach, the pop-rock, indie and electronic festival is back.

With a line-up that includes live shows from The Scissor Sisters, Rinocerose and The Charlatans alongside DJ sets from Calvin Harris, Orbital and Tiga, Arenal Sound Festival offers an unrivalled opportunity for four days of drinking, dancing and decadence mixed with sun, sea and sand.

Other acts so far confirmed to appear at the beach festival include Hurts, Delorean, El Guincho, The Third Twin and Vive la fete, with man more yet to be announced.

Arenal Sound’s beach location creates a unique combination of 24-hour music and loads of beach sports including sailing, jet skis, parasailing, kite surfing, scuba diving, beach volley ball and football tournaments. Plus of course, you can camp a stone’s throw from the white sandy beach.

The extensive camping area, conveniently located by the sea, will be open to the public from 29 July to 8 August. Those buying the 10 day camping ticket will be able to enjoy beach activities and numerous parties, including the popular opening and closing parties.
