Tiesto to headline Bank Holiday show at Cardiff Bay

The world renowned trance icon will take to the stage at Cardiff Bay’s Alexandra Head on August Bank Holiday Sunday. Presale tickets go live at 10am on 28th March.

One of the biggest names in trance is returning to Cardiff for the first time in over a decade. Global superstar Tiesto will headline an August Bank Holiday Sunday show at Cardiff Bay’s Alexandra Head on Sunday 25th August 2024. Presale tickets for the special outdoor event will go on sale at 10am on Thursday 28th March. 

The event is part of the Bay Series, Wales’ biggest open air concert series that brings the very best across genres to the Welsh capital. New Order and Becky Hill have already been confirmed to be playing at Cardiff Bay this August Bank Holiday, while Tiesto slots in as the latest star name. 

Tiesto needs no introduction to any electronic aficionado. Lauded as “The Godfather of EDM”, the Dutch DJ and producer knows how to put on a show, with a Grammy Award and Platinum certifications to show for it. 

After previously being headlined by the likes of Scooter and The Chemical Brothers, the Bay Series is gearing up for its third year and strives to continue its pledge of bringing cutting-edge music, food and culture to Cardiff Bay. Coupled with the breathtaking views and facilities of Alexandra Head and you’ve got a Bank Holiday Sunday to remember.
