Outbreak Fest has officially announced the first wave of artists for its 2026 Manchester edition, marking the festival’s 15th anniversary with special headliners Alexisonfire, alongside Basement, Suicidal Tendencies, Converge, and more.

Set to take over Bowlers Exhibition Centre from the 26th to 28th of June 2026, Outbreak Fest continues to lead the charge as the UK’s essential celebration of hardcore, punk, and alternative culture. Over the past 15 years, the festival has evolved from an underground gathering to an internationally renowned weekender, attracting artists and fans from across the globe for three days of unrelenting energy and community spirit.

Headline act, Alexisonfire will deliver a special anniversary performance of Crisis - a defining record in post-hardcore history - while Basement return following their powerhouse 2024 set. Suicidal Tendencies bring their explosive blend of thrash and punk, joined by Converge, Trapped Under Ice, and Scowl, ensuring another ferocious outing for Manchester’s favourite alt-weekender.

Also joining the lineup are High Vis and Hatebreed, performing tracks from Satisfaction Is The Death Of Desire and Perseverance, PUP, Touché Amoré, playing Stage Four in full, La Dispute, The Armed, Fiddlehead, and many more, making 2026 one of Outbreak’s biggest years yet.
