The headliners for Highest Point, one of the North's most exciting young festivals, have been revealed.

Leading proceedings in Lancaster's Williamson Park on Friday 15th May are genre-hopping, chart-conquering, Mercury Prize-nominated British four-piece Rudimental (DJ set), who will perform what promises to be a barn-stormer of a set on the opening night, including hits like 'Feel The Love', 'Free' and 'Waiting All Night'.

Wilkinson, one of the world's biggest names in drum and bass, also joins the Friday line-up. The DJ, producer and hitmaker will arrive in Lancaster on the back off a sell-out tour in 2019 and the success of his Radio 1 playlisted single ‘I Need'.

On Saturday 16th May, the Highest Point main stage will be commanded by Rory Charles Graham, better known as Rag'n'Bone Man.

The BRIT Award-winner shot to success in 2016 with hit single 'Human', and his debut album became the fastest-selling male debut album of the decade.

More recently, the big-voiced soulman teamed up with DJ/starmaker Calvin Harris for monster collaborative hit 'Giant', which has just been nominated for the BRIT 'song of the year 2020'.

Located in Lancaster’s 54-acre Williamson Park, beneath the iconic Ashton Memorial, Highest Point is Lancashire's largest music festival, welcoming over 15,000 people in 2019 to see acts including The Zutons, Feeder, Grandmaster Flash and Sister Sledge.

With four stages, including a unique and atmospheric natural amphitheatre, over 100 acts are set to perform across the weekend, which includes The Big Family Day Out on Sunday 17th May.

The second wave line-up announcement is expected in the coming weeks...
