More names have been added to the inaugural Nova Batida line up as it gears up to take over Lisbon between Friday 14th and Sunday 16th September.
Amongst the names added are downtempo Swedes Little Dragon and Seun Kuti with Fela's Egypt 80, as well as a selection of party brands, including Fiesta Bombarda.
The new additions join the likes of downbeat electronica duo Mount Kimbie, the soul steeped sounds of Maribou State and experimental techno producer Max Cooper, as well as a slew of similarly impressive acts, including George Fitzgerald, Gilles Peterson and DJ Marky.
The festival will take over the popular Portuguese destination, transforming it into Europe's creative hub for the weekend with an array of music, art and culture. As well as the activity in the city centre there are loads of other ways to make the most of being in the up and coming town, with a whole host of surf classes, beach parties, yoga sessions and more available.
