New 3,500 capacity venue to open in Derby from the Forbidden Forest team

Ultra Warehouse will open its doors on New Year’s Eve, bringing the biggest names in house to an industrial estate a stone’s throw from Derby city centre.

A new 3,500 capacity warehouse venue is set to open its doors in Derby at the end of the year. Located on an industrial estate just a stone’s throw from the city centre, Ultra Warehouse comes from the minds behind Forbidden Forest Festival and will debut with a New Year’s Eve event from event series We Are WHSE. 

Described as “the Midlands’ newest underground experience, where cutting-edge sound meets raw energy,” and hosted by some of the cutting-edge names in electronica, We Are WHSE boasts Max Dean, Luke Dean, Gaskin, and more on Wednesday 31st December.

A spokesperson stated that the Forbidden Forest team strived to “build something that feels real and rooted in the underground with the production and quality you’d expect from the Forbidden Forest team. We Are WHSE is exactly that."
