The second instalment of his limited residency will see the Ayr-born DJ throw it down in front of hundreds at one of Scotland's finest clubbing institutions, Sub Club Glasgow

Man of the moment, rising house music talent Ewan McVicar is readying himself for what is set to be an epic Easter party at his favourite clubbing destination, Glasgow's Sub Club this April.

Returning for part two of his XL x All U Need residency on Thursday 14th April, following his first sold-out instalment back in 2021, the native Scotsman will deliver a five hour selection of top drawer dance floor fillers, laying claim to his title as one of the hottest names in dance music at present.

One of the select few on Patrick Topping's revered TRICK label, McVicar first caught the attention of the dance community, and Topping himself, last summer with his breakthrough release, 'Tell Me Something Good'. A feel-good summertime stomper and one that always hits the spot in the club, the Chaka Khan sampled tune, which has clocked over thirty million streams and was voted Best Track of 2021 by BBC Radio 1 Dance Awards and DJ Mag's Best of, is a welcomed one every time it lands in a live setting.

Follow up releases, 'Movin'On Over', 'Slowing Up The Freak' and 'Which Way To Go?', released just last month, show the young artists capacity to create fresh and exciting dance music, whilst also paying homage to his influences and his beloved local electronic scene. In particular, Glasgow's Sub Club.
