Great venue, lovely people and atmosphere.(wish I knew i could take my garden chair though)as standing for nine hours(or sitting in floor for a rest).

Never started on time whole hour late starting

speaker blew within 20 minutes of starting which was never fixed

If you was not within 10 feet of the stage you couldn't hear anything

The artist did their best to keep us entertained but even they were getting frustrated with having no sound

I'm not a smoker but there was only a small smoking area for the amount of people that were there

60% of security you are very rude and helpful

No entertainment for children was not child friendly

Only one stage for entertainment

Drinks were ridiculously priced

Nowhere on your website it said you could not bring a picnic for children so had my children's picnic confiscated

Very unhappy children
All children's entertainment was outside the venue and there was no re-enter once left the venue so they were very unhappy

We left the event early due to very disappointed children and general disappointment in the whole event

By 4 o'clock Security were letting People in at the gate for £20 which is less than what I paid online which I think is a rip-off people are coming in with dogs their own drinks ( alcohol )which again I had all of mine soft drinks confiscated for my children

I would give this event 4 out of 10 just because of the Artist that attended an attempted to entertain

Really disappointing......not enough toilets ,so spent an hour queuing waiting for one.not enough food and drink stalls ,so again having to queue for over an hour and paying outrageous prices.

Certainly looking for a refund,I understand from Hastings Borough Council there's a meeting on Monday due to the sham of a festival.while I understand sound systems can break /have issues but just couldn't hear the acts.You either missed the acts due to queuing up for the toilet or couldn't hear them,I'm absolutely gutted as I missed the Dualers as I just couldn't queue any longer and went back to our hotel to use the toilet.Im not sure how many were aware under the influence of alcohol the price's gradually increased as the evening went on.
I'm pretty certain that not one of us will be compensated for this sham of a festival as profit will be put before anyone else's loss

the food was revolting the drink prices were extortionate and the sound system was so bad i left at half 6 couldnt stand it any longer theres been loads of people complaining also the toilet facilities were disgusting i would appreciate a refund if thats an option

Sound issues spoilt the event. The sound was so poor that you couldn't hear some of the artists unless you were very near the front. On top of that there were no where near enough toilets for the amount of people there. So many people left before the headine acts of the Dualers and Rodigan came on, but despite this, both were fantastic as usual

Shameful, you should all be responsible for this debacle, poor,poor ,poor . I invited friends who brought there young family ,who still had to pay full price, which cost them alot of hard earned money .we arrived just before 5 ,went to get a drink ,run out of canned beer at £6.50 for warm beer . The cues for the bar were bad ,the cue for the inadequate toilet facilities were worse, people were buying there drinks and going straight to the toilet cue, ridiculous.
Sound system appalling, set up amateur, a real shame ,we won't return to these events again, had a better night down the road in a local pub with live music and better atmosphere and cold beer from a clean glass.
I will be looking into getting my money back

Absolutely appalling, the VIP area was behind the stage so couldn't hear or see anything, the queues for the bar and toilets were at least an hour wait and if you went off of the pier you weren't allowed back on, we travelled 4 hours so booked a lodge nearby so in total out of pocket £1000 and didn't even get to see Carol Thompson which we were really looking forward to, the only music was a DJ, we left early very very disappointed as did probably about 50 % of the people.
It was an absolute scam!!

when we arrived security did not check our bags,
people were rolling cannabis everywhere around the stage area, no security present.
a man was urinating in front of the stage which nearly led to a fight breaking out as he urinated on someone, people were coming in with crates of beer. speakers were not working properly so the sound was very poor for most of the event, at times couldn't hear much at all.
left early as the atmosphere got very heated as people were far too stoned and drunk and falling over.
over all very disappointed.

The event had issues with the following:
The VIP area (tickets priced at £53) was disconnected from the stage, you could not see anything or hear the acts from there so it was not worth paying the extra. So we found space on the deck where the tickets were priced at £33.00 not sure what we got in terms of value for the additional £20.
The sound system was awful, a speaker blew up and even though we were fairly close to the stage it was difficult to hear the acts.
The computerised tills at the bar went down all the time although all the staff handled this well but it did mean that there were unnecessary queues.
On the positive side, the staff (security and bar staff) were good humoured and managed all the difficulties well.

Really disorganised. About 20 toilets for 100s of people who were drinking alcohol meant a 30 minute queue. The bars kept running out of stock of everything so they were sending runners to grab stock from local shops. This meant that we spent all day in a toilet queue with whatever random drink the bars had managed to get hold of (£8 per drink).
To add to that, there was a strong, freezing wind all day, so we did not hear much music.

Bought VIP tickets for myself and my girlfriend as a special treat for us both. Only real perk was a separate queue. Roof top bar was understaffed and had to queue for 30 mins or more to get drinks, the view from the rooftop bar was the back of the stage. time, the staff were overwhelmed and no one really knew what was going on or what they were doing, all were very friendly and helpful though. Opening was delayed by 30 mins but we were not given a reason as to why. There were not enough toilets for the amount of people there and they became very dirty very quickly, we queued for 40-60 mins at a time so missed a fair bit of the acts. The bars ran out of popular beers and spirits very early on and majority of the drink ran out well before the end of the event. For these reasons we will not attend again and would like a full refund for the lack of VIP privileges that were promised and not met. We paid for a 2 night stay at a nearby hotel so it wasn't a cheap weekend plus the fuel to get us there in the car.
