Review of Official Goldie After Party w/ Doc Scott
Dear Adam Regan / Breakthru & Goldie
I am writing to express my profound disappointment and anger regarding the recent Goldie live event held on [date] at the Hare and Hounds. The event was not properly described at the time of booking, leading to a deeply unsatisfactory experience.
When I purchased my ticket, there was no mention of the event's duration or specific timing details. I discovered, only by chance through a post about an after-party, that the main event was only scheduled to run from 19:30 to 22:00-a mere 2.5 hours. This fact was buried within the promotional material, which is wholly inadequate.
To add insult to injury, it became apparent that attendees were expected to leave the venue after the main event and then pay again to re-enter for the after-party in the same room. This practice is nothing short of a scam, effectively charging people twice for what should have been one continuous event.
Moreover, the quality of the event itself was severely lacking. The music cut out twice during the performance, which was both disruptive and unprofessional. Additionally, the sound system was substandard, being excessively loud and lacking in quality. These technical issues further diminished the overall experience and were far from the standards one would expect at a professional event.
I find this approach by Break Thru promoters and the Hare and Hounds to be deceptive and exploitative. Such practices are entirely unacceptable, and I hope Adam Regan and his team are made fully aware of the dissatisfaction and outrage this has caused.
Rest assured, I will not be attending any future events at the Hare and Hounds or those organized by Break Thru. I expect a full refund for the misleadingly advertised event.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter. ! Doubt anything will be done but would be good to hear your response ! As will let everyone know through social media ...I personally think you lot are taking us for idiots !
