Review of The Sandon end of season party VIP experience
Absolutely shocking. Paid for the vip and it was appalling! Let into vip area at 3.50 just before kick off! No seats so ended up in a corner at the far end of the venue. The tvs had no volume and no one seemed to know what was going on. After 20mins we were given the option to move to a different room which was on the other side of the venue. The had a big screen which was poor quality and low volume.
Our tickets included food and we were sat with people from Northern Ireland/ France and London!
I asked for volume to be turned up and told we shouldnât be in that area and to leave our drinks and go if we chose.
The car park had a great atmosphere which was the free part⦠and having vip I assumed would make the day even more special.
Absolutely ruined the day and not just with my party.
I assume the Sandon wonât reply or be in contact as we had contacted them
Prior to today regarding nut allergies!
Clearly trying to exploit as much money as they can out of people!! Disgusting behaviour and they should be ashamed with how they treated anyone who tried to ask for volume or where the food was!
THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Good morning I am requesting a refund because I did not receive the service I paid for. When I arrived, I was put in room with a TV screen that didn't work. After 20 minutes, I was taken to another room; the screen worked but very little sound. we had to eat during the match. We didn't eat because the manager told us it was over. He did not want to reimburse the service. This is unacceptable and shameful. I demand full reimbursement of the service. thank you cordially Virgile CHAMPY

was a really good atomsphere and had a ball just wish jurgen klopp could of stayed longer with us all an made a surprise apperance an get pictures with i hope he has a nice future and good luck and see u in the fan stands hopefully one day klopp

Review of Carabao Cup Final 2024
Sold tickets for an event that were not checked and everyone was walking in who hadnt paid . No seats left or anywhere to actually view a screen as so many people just walked in a took the seats . Thought I was paying for a proper ticketed event.

Review of Carabao Cup Final 2024
Charging over£1 for a packet of crisp bought from Lidl in a multi pack of 6 for £1.29 is ripping people off , The sound in main room was terrible could not hear the match due to sound coming from TV speakers not main speakers, was a problem in last visit same again today really needs sorting if you are advertising such big things
