These terms and conditions apply to the competition or giveaway described in the relevant Skiddle post, page or other promotional material (the “Competition”). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with any specific instructions or requirements set out in the relevant post, page or promotional material. In the event of any inconsistency between those specific details and these terms, the specific details shall take precedence to the extent necessary for the proper administration of the Competition.
1.1 This giveaway is promoted by Skiddle Ltd.
2.1 Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
2.2 Employees of Skiddle, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
3.1 To enter, participants must follow the entry instructions set out in the relevant giveaway post. This may include actions such as liking the post, commenting, sharing, tagging another account, or similar engagement as specified in the post.
3.2 Only entries completed in line with the instructions in the post will be valid.
4.1 The giveaway will open when the post goes live and will remain open for 24 hours only.
4.2 Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.
5.1 The prize consists of the event ticket(s) described in the giveaway post.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.3 Tickets cannot be exchanged for tickets to another event.
5.4 Tickets must not be resold. Any tickets found to have been sold, offered for sale, or transferred in breach of these terms may be voided without notice.
6.1 Winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period, unless the giveaway post states a different method.
6.2 The winner will be contacted using the account or platform through which they entered.
7.1 The winner must respond and claim the prize within 24 hours of being notified.
7.2 If the winner does not respond within that time, Skiddle reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
8.1 By entering, participants agree that their name, social media handle, or username may be used by Skiddle for the purpose of announcing the winner.
8.2 No purchase necessary.
8.3 No purchase is necessary to enter or win this giveaway.
9.1 Unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post:
9.1.1 only one entry per person will be accepted.
9.1.2 entries made using automated methods, fake accounts, or bulk entries will be disqualified.
9.1.3 incomplete, late, or illegible entries will not be accepted.
10.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform used to promote it.
11.1 Use of any prize tickets will be subject to the event organiser’s and venue’s normal terms of entry, including any age restrictions, admission policies, and security requirements.
11.2 These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with Skiddle’s general Terms and Conditions, which shall also apply where relevant. In the event of any inconsistency, these competition terms shall take precedence to the extent necessary for the administration of the competition.
12.1 Skiddle reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or where fraud, abuse, technical failure, or any other issue affects the proper operation of the giveaway. Any changes will be posted where reasonably possible.
13.1 So far as permitted by law, Skiddle accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure, or any other reason outside its control.
14.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this giveaway will only be processed for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize, in accordance with Skiddle’s privacy policy.
15.1 Skiddle’s decision in relation to the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
