Up Next

Here are the latest tracks we recommend.

Date published: 9th Mar 2026

Up Next is back with the latest new singles that we think you should give a spin. We have anthemic disco-house, instrumental sound baths, deliciously smooth R&B and more for you to discover. And, Eastern Bloc are back with another fantastic pick.

Fcukers - If You Wanna Party, Come Over To My House

Another smash from Fcukers, who deliver the final single ahead of their debut album later in March. You better be ready to have the lyrics “say you wanna party? Come over to my house” revolving around your head all day, it’ll become your personality for 24 hours. As ever, Shanny Wise’s vocals are backed by club-ready beats and sampled voices that bring real personality to their songs.

ANOTR feat 54 Ultra - Talk To You

Disco-tinged house music adds another technicolour blast to ANOTR’s effervescent catalogue. Linking up with 54 Ultra, who provides a Chromeo-esque vocal hook, this feels like a proper throwback track. It’s a blast of euphoria that will definitely deliver highs to crowds across the world. The funk-laden guitar riffs are sublime.

Tycho - Forge

The latest Tycho single is an instrumental. It feels as though every part of the song is given space to breathe, as if it stretches across a vast landscape. It’s definitely the type of music to inspire the imagination, such is the cinematic effect of the sweeping synths and electronic whirrs. From road trips to sunsets, the guitar lines are incredibly effective at painting pictures in your mind.

Ohyung - Dancing Parakeets

‘Dancing Parakeets’ is like diving head-first into a soundbath. The textures that Ohyung uses on this track feel like wind chimes contorted through a hall of mirrors. This could even be part of a Miyazaki movie, such is the colour and feeling that bleeds through the sound.

Dutch Interior - Go F**k Yourself

‘Go F*** Yourself’ is a phrase most of us have surely said to someone at some point. Here, Dutch Interior delivers the line so calmly and politely on the chorus, that it actually feels more impactful. We follow this light and reflective piano melody throughout the track that evokes this air of calm, but vocalist Jack Nugent has some gripes to project.

Friko - Choo Choo

Friko’s new single ‘Choo Choo’ may have a slightly ridiculous chorus, but its frantic blasts of guitar and bolting harmonies are a shot of coffee. It’ll wake you up in a heartbeat, and you are so easily swept up in this chaos/excitement it’s hard not to get involved.

Channel Tres - Medicine

A piece of smart, instantly eye-catching club-ready R&B is on the menu courtesy of Channel Tres. “Damn right its Channel season” he confidently declares, on a track in which each line of his vocals leap so seamlessly between each other. It interpolates Crystal Waters’ house pop track ‘100% Pure Love’ and sounds like a huge 90s throwback.

Sloucho - Love Is Fear

Euphoric electronica pours through Sloucho’s ‘Love Is Fear’. Feeling instantly emotional, it is a huge scale production that has real weight to it. It comes with news that Sloucho has built his own video game on Unreal Engine, which goes some way to explaining its cinematic appeal.

Olivia Rodrigo - The Book Of Love (Magnetic Fields Cover)

‘The Book Of Love’ is one of the greatest love songs of all time, and Olivia Rodrigo does a fantastic job of putting her own spin on this classic. There’s a sense of sincerity that comes through in her performance, the imprints of relationships that have been and gone already as this young woman learns, like all of us, how to navigate love. This cover is a part of the fantastic Help(2) album by War Child, with proceeds going towards children caught in the crossfire of war zones.

Gretel - Fire Blooming Trees

Starting off with a spiralling guitar riff, it sets the tempo nicely of ‘Fire Blooming Trees’. Not only an excellent title, but a sharply-written song about consumption and exploitation. It owes a lot of its sound to 90s indie records with its style of guitar playing. Gretel’s vocals perfectly match the frustration and sizzling nature of the instrumentals.

Eastern Bloc pick: Stefan Braatz - Planet 2 Planet

Eastern Bloc are back with their second pick for Up Next. This time, they've chosen the new Planet 2 Planet EP by Stefan Braatz. Here's what they had to say about the record;

“Nu Groove’s one of those labels that just means something if you know your history. It was founded back in ’88 by Frank and Karen Mendez as a platform for The Burrell Brothers’ output, and it became a real cornerstone of that raw New York house sound. When it was relaunched in 2021, it didn’t feel nostalgic — it felt necessary. The catalogue’s been growing properly since, with real substance behind it."

"This latest one from Stefan Braatz, the Planet 2 Planet EP, is a great example of that. Four tracks, all rooted in that deep, synthetic club sound he does so well — very Berlin, but with those timeless influences running through it. And the collaboration with Virgo Four on the title track… that’s a proper meeting of minds. You can hear the lineage in it. Definitely one for the heads and one we’re happy to have in the racks."

You can pick up the record on Eastern Bloc's website here. And you can give them a follow/see what they're up to on Instagram.
