Trading Route launches a lager focused brunch featuring Funkademia

Known for providing Manchester with some of the best rotisserie chicken, Trading Route is levelling up this summer as they launch their brand new bottomless lager, 'Lager Lager Lager'. Think bottomless brunch, but instead of mimosas, it's an unlimited supply of Trading Route’s signature freshly poured foamy pints for an uninterrupted 60 minutes. 

With the first one taking place on Saturday 23rd August 2025, the bottomless lager will take place every Saturday, between 12pm and 5pm. And that's not all, to go alongside the pints there'll be a choice of Trading Route’s legendary focaccia sandwiches, the perfect combo to soak up the beer and tackle a second innings. 

Trading Route co-founder Jamie Scahill spoke up about the launch, saying, "Lager, Lager, Lager isn’t an underworld event, it’s for everyone who loves a freshly poured foamy pint to come down and enjoy." 

And if you can't wait until Saturday, that's all good, as Trading Route is jampacked with some heavy bank holiday plans this weekend,  including a banging happy hour on Thursday 21st August, an after work social soundtracked by Funkademia (disco, funk, soul) from 5pm on Friday 22nd August, and finally 50% off rotisserie chicken when you book in advance on Monday!
